This student project for Lifelink's 2018 'Art of Donation' Holiday Card Art Contest was a first place winner among Florida’s service area which include Charlotte, DeSoto, Glades, Hardee, Hendry, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Martin, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk and Sarasota counties.

 

As a blood and organ donor myself, I am a strong advocate for LifeLink®. Entering this contest allowed me to educate and spread awareness about the importance of organ and tissue donation within my high school.

Project Brief

Create a holiday card for LifeLink®, encouraging organ and tissue donation. Incorporate people of all ages, ethnicities, socioeconomic backgrounds, and shapes and sizes. Keep in mind this holiday card should appeal to people of multiple faiths, ethnicities and denominations. Entries must constitute a thoughtful and creative reflection of organ and tissue donation.
